Yes — one of Invisalign's greatest advantages is that the aligners are fully removable. Simply take them out before eating or drinking anything other than water, enjoy your meal completely normally, then brush your teeth before putting them back in.
Unlike fixed braces, there are no food restrictions. Crunchy foods, sticky foods, whatever you enjoy — just remove your aligners first. The only requirement is wearing them for 20–22 hours per day to stay on schedule.
